DJ performance & music rights policy
Read the DJFanz rules for eligible venues, DJ verification, music use, proof of performance, and artist rights.

Physical venues only. No radio placements.
DJFanz bookings are limited to in-person performances at the permitted venues selected in your application and schedule. You must not offer, arrange, accept payment for, or fulfill any DJFanz request through a terrestrial, satellite, online or internet radio station, radio program, station playlist, broadcast, simulcast, or other transmission to a remote audience. This restriction applies even when payment is disclosed and even when a station also operates a club or event. Employment or an affiliation with a station does not permit radio fulfillment. Disclose the actual event and venue truthfully; do not disguise a radio placement as a permitted event. Reject or report requests that seek radio exposure. DJFanz's platform restriction is broader than the law governing undisclosed paid airplay.
Play in DJFanz. Do not download, keep, or share tracks.
Artist tracks provided through DJFanz may be played only through authorized DJFanz playback for the permitted request. You must not intentionally download, export, rip, record a standalone copy of, retain offline, upload elsewhere, redistribute, sell, share, or deliver those tracks or access credentials to any third party, including a radio station. Do not bypass access controls or use tools that extract the audio. Transient technical buffering necessary for authorized playback is permitted; it does not authorize an offline music library or continued use after access ends. A short proof clip captured and submitted through the request's authorized DJFanz proof flow is the sole platform recording exception, subject to the rights and privacy requirements below. It may not be repurposed as a public music upload.
Respect music rights and venue permissions.
Artists retain ownership of their music. A booking does not transfer copyright, ownership, or rights to use a track beyond the requested performance and authorized private proof. Before performing, you must confirm that the DJ and venue have any permissions or licenses required for that use; access to DJFanz alone is not a blanket music license. Do not substitute a broadcast, another venue, or an unauthorized use. Record only the short proof needed for the request, obtain required venue and participant permissions, avoid filming people who have not agreed or private conversations, and keep proof within DJFanz's private review flow. If permission is missing or uncertain, do not perform or record the request; use the request's cancellation or support process.
Verification comes before new bookings.
Provide accurate professional details and evidence that you have permission to share. An administrator must review your application before you become eligible for new requests. DJFanz may request corrections or further evidence and may refuse, suspend, or withdraw eligibility for inaccurate information or policy violations. Report material changes to your identity, professional activity, or permitted venue types and submit them for review before taking new bookings under those changes. A DJFanz reviewed label means the platform completed its review; it is not government identification, a music license, or a guarantee of every performance. Existing payment, proof, refund, and dispute obligations continue if new booking access is paused.
Proof, enforcement, and your agreement.
Accept only requests you can fulfill at the stated permitted event. Submit genuine, request-specific proof through DJFanz. Artist approval is required before release of the DJ's payment; disputed proof is reviewed by an administrator under the request's payment terms. Do not fabricate proof, misrepresent a performance, promise radio placement, or evade review. DJFanz may restrict access, suspend eligibility, preserve relevant evidence, and take action on affected requests under its payment and dispute rules. By selecting the agreement checkboxes and submitting your application, you accept this policy version and authorize the platform to retain your submission, consent record, and review history for administration and dispute handling. Statutory rights and mandatory legal obligations are not waived by this agreement.
I have permission for this performance and private proof
I own or have permission to use the uploaded recording and musical composition, including all collaborators' and other rights holders' permissions needed for this request. I authorize DJFanz and the selected DJ to stream the track through DJFanz for the stated permitted in-person performance and to capture, store, and share its short request-specific proof privately with me, the DJ, and authorized reviewers. This limited permission does not transfer ownership or authorize downloads, offline retention, redistribution, radio delivery, broadcasts, or unrelated use. I understand that the DJ and venue must obtain any additional licenses or permissions required for their performance. I will not request a radio placement or submit music for a use I cannot authorize.
