Find, archive, or restore your music

Keep active tracks ready without losing your older music.

Add a track or file

Open My music or Media library and choose the upload action. Review the current file and storage limits on screen. Play the uploaded media to check that you selected the right file.

Choose a collection and layout

Active files contains media ready to use. Choose Archive to find your archived tracks. Use the media filters to narrow the collection, and switch between Grid and List on the website.

Archive an available track

Choose Archive track on eligible audio. Archiving keeps the file and its history while removing it from new track selections. If the action is unavailable, the track’s current use or status needs attention first.

Bring a track back

In Archive, choose Restore track. If your active-song limit is full, make room in Active files first. The restored track can then be selected for a new request.

Delete only when it is no longer used

Deletion is different from archiving. Read the dependency check and confirmation before deleting. A track used by a request, proof, or other platform record may need to stay available; deleting is not a way to cancel a booking.
