Choose your sign-in method
Use the same provider or email you used to create the account. Apple Hide My Email can use a private relay address. If you appear to be in a different account, sign out and check the identity selected with your provider.
Password recovery
Choose Forgot password on the sign-in page and follow the emailed recovery steps. Check spam and use the most recent code. Never give support your password, authentication code, or recovery code.
Cannot sign in
Email info@djfanz.com from your account address and explain which sign-in method and error you see. You can browse this Help Center without signing in.
