When a payment action is unavailable
Card payments are paused while DJFanz changes payment provider. Here is what still works.
Read the status beside the action
A new booking can be unavailable because of DJ eligibility, a missing schedule, payout requirements, or platform payment activation. The message on that screen identifies the current reason. Browsing, help, and existing records can still be available.
Keep existing activity moving
Use Requests for accepted performances and proof, and Payments or Earnings for recorded transactions. An unavailable new checkout does not remove your existing obligations or payment history.
Treat a pending payment differently
If you already started a payment, check the original transaction. Refresh or retry that saved attempt when offered. Do not create another booking to replace an unconfirmed payment; a closed payment screen is not a receipt.
Get the right help
DJs should complete the specific payout requirement when one is shown. For platform activation or an unexplained state, contact support with the request or payment reference and the exact message. Never send full bank numbers, card numbers, or identity documents in a ticket.
