Spin earnings
The artist reviews your proof. Approval schedules your net transfer after the platform commission. The payment record shows whether the transfer is pending, completed, or needs attention.
Balance and bank payouts
Earnings transferred to Stripe and a payout to your bank are different steps. Available and pending balances come from the selected Stripe account. Bank payouts list the amount, destination, status, and expected arrival provided by Stripe.
A late or failed payout
Open View payout to check its current state, then verify the bank details. Expected arrival is an estimate, not a guarantee. Include the payout reference in a support ticket without sharing bank account numbers.
