Follow the request and processor status through resolution.
Open the original request
Read its response, performance deadline, proof, and payment state. Use the available cancel, review, or dispute action for that request. The options depend on its current state.
Review and return of funds
A proof dispute goes to an administrator. A refund, when due, is processed against the original payment and tracked separately from the dispute decision. Bank and card processing can take additional time.
Get help
If the displayed status does not match what happened, start a ticket with the request reference. Do not create a second booking to fix a payment that is still being checked.
