Keep an optional reply purchase separate from a spin request.
Check whether replies are available
Paid replies are an optional product, separate from ordinary messaging and physical spin bookings. A DJ can offer a price only where the feature is enabled and eligible. If no purchase action is available, you cannot start a paid reply from that screen.
Read the reply offer before paying
When a purchase is available, review the price, fee, terms, and response deadline. The offer is for a reply, not a promised spin, endorsement, or ongoing conversation. Native purchase availability can differ from the website.
Follow the order in Messages
Open the conversation to read the order status and deadline. A qualifying reply within seven days fulfills the request. DJs should reply before the recorded deadline; an ordinary qualifying text reply can also fulfill the order.
Check overdue and refunded states
An eligible unanswered order after the seven-day deadline schedules a refund. The processor confirms refund completion separately. If confirmation is delayed, check the original order rather than paying again.
