Understand promoted placements and campaign status.
Before a campaign
Open Spotlight to review your eligibility, available placement, timing, and quoted price. Promotion does not guarantee a booking or earnings. Your profile must remain eligible for the selected placement.
After checkout
Read the campaign and payment status in Spotlight. A payment return does not by itself mean the campaign is live. Contact support with the campaign reference if it remains pending or unavailable.
