Send a bank transfer
In Payments, request your private funding instructions and transfer from your own US bank by ACH or domestic wire. Bank transfers are not instant. Processing time depends on your bank and Stripe; refresh your balance and wait until Stripe confirms the funds. This is bank funding, not a card top-up.
Review each payment
Choose your balance at checkout and review the full spin price, artist service fee, and applicable tax. Press Pay only when the confirmed balance covers the full total. A screen closing is not proof of payment. If confirmation is interrupted, check or retry the same saved payment instead of starting another.
Unused funds and account changes
Use Contact support to request return of unused funds to your bank and closure of funding details before account deletion finishes. Include only the support reference shown in Payments, never account or routing numbers. Existing balance and history remain readable when new funding or spending is unavailable. Stripe may return unused funds after 75 days.
